I am very happy with this application. It has provided a much needed piece of functionality to our store. Upon installation, one of our other applications we use was causing the order statuses to appear a little screwed up, however we emailed customer service and within hours they had it working perfectly for us.

This is a great app that has saved us a ton of time and is well worth the $10/month. Customers are able to look up the status of their order right from our website which saves them from writing an email or calling in to check on the status of their order. This allows lets our staff focus on other tasks. Josh is also super helpful and fast with any customization requests.

These guys promised to make a small front end development change for us, but all of a sudden stopped responding.

This app has definitely decreased phone calls and I think it is a nice touch for customers to be able to track their own orders.

Very useful and easy to set up app. Developer also quick to address change request. Would be great if language editor is provided to allow for phrase editing.
