Looking to cut down on CS emails and hoping this helps and our customers find it useful. After installing I had an issue with the way it looked on our site, so I emailed their CS and the issue was fixed very fast. Would highly recommend!

I am very happy with this application. It has provided a much needed piece of functionality to our store. Upon installation, one of our other applications we use was causing the order statuses to appear a little screwed up, however we emailed customer service and within hours they had it working perfectly for us.

Josh's service was excellent. He was very patient with us and our requested changes. He was extremely quick at implementing our changes and knew exactly what we wanted. Thank you Josh, you're great!!!

Super easy to install and looks great on our site. Cuts down on our customer service which is a huge plus. Josh worked with us to customize it and his customer service was great!

Absolutely essential. Customers need/want to know where there order is, and now they can. This is such a simple tool to make your store feel like the big time. 100% worth the money to not have to manually track orders for our customers. We are so happy to finally have this capability on our site. Thanks!

Overall happy with the transition from it being 'Has It Shipped Yet'. Never fun to start paying for something you had for free in the past, but a good transition, great integration and a professional outlook has made me stick with them.
