Everything was going fine until we realized that our revenue was inaccurate. The order financial status should be automatically filled when creating your set up. This app was working well when we had the merger cancel original orders, but once we switched to "archive" original orders we had a nightmare of original orders still being present in our system. Thousands of dollars lost now because of this app.

同梱の作業が多いので、こちらを利用しました。色々みましたが、一番使いやすく、自動でも、手動でもいくつかの注文をまとめることができます。
送料もどの注文の送料を使用するか選べます。ただ同梱の場合、差額送料が追加になる場合があるので、確実に正確な送料の注文書を出せない場合もあります。でも、そのあたりはshopify側の課題になるかと思います。サポートもしっかりしています。

I had a terrible experience with this app. Due to some issue on their end, they decided to give my item away for free without my consent, causing me to lose $512! I had no choice but to cancel the order, and the entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. This app is unreliable, and I definitely *do not recommend* it to anyone. Stay away if you value your time and money!

We sincerely apologize for this experience and understand your frustration. However, we're concerned there may be a misunderstanding about what occurred, as Order Merger does not have the capability to modify product pricing or "give items away for free."

Our app only merges existing orders together - it cannot change product prices, apply discounts, or modify payment amounts. We'd very much like to understand what happened in your specific case to help resolve this situation.

Very nice app. This is going to save us plenty of money on shipping by combining orders. I think our customers will love it, too!
UPDATE: I'm still quite happy with this App. Customer service was very prompt with a recent question as well.

Review Update: Dec 2020. It works much better than previous versions. There is also no issue on naming the orders, we can name them however we want. So far this is the best order merger app I could research and find on the market. Thank you team =========

In average, the app works well. However, due to the following disadvantages we have removed it: Combined orders having very long names, which appear on the shopify order list very confusing. Imagine there are 3 orders combined, we see something like that #58944_#59381_#59567_OM. Normally combined orders should have standart order names. For example: If you combined an order number with #5 and #6, if there is no next order, then the combined order name should be #7, instead #5_#6_OM. This markup confuses customers a lot.

Update on August 2nd 2020:

I just wanted to let you know you can now control both the order name and shipping name. Also, we now have 2 full-time developers so features are coming out faster :)

First of all, thank you for your honest review, we really appreciate it, and we apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while using our app.

We know that few features are missing in the app, some of them due to some limitations in the Shopify API, and on others, we're still working.

When it comes to controlling the new order name (order number), this will be available in the next version, as well as shipping names.

It's important to understand that everything related to order management is extremely sensitive and we don't want to release anything before making sure we won't cause any damage to merchants.
