This app works flawlessly and customer support is top notch! I wrote to the developer and had an answer back in five minutes. Now that's service!

This App never worked correctly. I scheduled a zoom meeting to discuss how to fix it. (at 1 am the earliest option available) and no one met me. So I rescheduled. Again 1 am was the best option. And AGAIN, no one ever launched the meeting. App that doesn't work and zero customer service and tech support. NOPE!!!!!!!

The support team is very responsive (always replying within minutes) and provides helpful tips on how to get the most out of this service. Thank you!

Worked great to merge my orders seamless! I love that you can use it manually or automatically. I would recommend highly.

The merge is pretty good but if you are not into IT then it can seem a bit overwhelming with completing the rules. I followed a Youtube video tutorial but then it was not working and went back in and saw it had written guides and support. So I learned how to do manual but this seems a bit overwhelming at first. Once you print out your first Merge order then you can see what you need to change. Also click Archive at the bottom so you can go back and review anything that you think was missed. But I would use this app because manually merging orders is a lot plus running your business so whatever makes it simpler is good for me. Just have patience and print out the guides.

5 Stars. Our experience with this app has been perfect and it works very well. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking to save money on shipping to customers and improve their experience.

I was excited when I first got this app and their customer service is great but the app has limitations and was not tested properly. I had a lot of customers with multiple orders in a day and the merge was all over the place. I had to manually review all of my orders and manually merged them. The shipping refund did not work correctly if you have more than 2 orders merged.

This app is a life saver! Allowed us to merge multiple orders from the same customer and fulfill them as one. Really enhanced our post-purchase upsell efforts! Customer service has been super responsive and really easy to work with. I highly recommend this app.
