I love being able to offer my customers combined orders with less stress and time. This app works really well for me, and I've had excellent customer service support each time I've reached out. We recently started using Triom Order Merger and have had a REALLY great experience so far.
I had a few questions when getting started, and Tom was genuinely lovely to deal with! Patient, friendly, and always happy to help, even with things that probably didn’t need such long explanations. It made a big difference knowing there was someone on the other end who actually cared and took the time to respond properly.
The app itself is simple, smart, and does exactly what it promises. Being able to merge orders easily solves something Shopify doesn’t handle very well on its own. The free plan works perfectly for a small store like ours, and it feels flexible rather than limiting.
Overall, it’s just been a really positive experience!! A smart, useful idea backed by exceptional customer service, something I haven’t experienced in a long time. Definitely something we can see ourselves continuing to use as we grow.
