We have been desperate for an app to alleviate the manual, time consuming, error prone, pressure of merging orders. We looked at other apps, but they didn't fit at all with our method of operating. Works great! Saves us shipping to the same address multiple times in a day. And the customer support is excellent.
Easily the best order merging app that I've used. I have been using TrioM for a few years now and it has saved me hundred of hours of manual work. Support has always been great with very quick responses and solutions to any questions I may have. It seems that they are constantly making improvements to the app as well. Couldn't be happier with my experience with them.
