Generating picklist is not working properly. After you klick "generate" the page stays loading or freezes. It works onece after i reinstall the app but then it goes back to not working properly.
Please, fix it.

The app is not working. It doesn´t generate the picklist, the page stays loading when logging. I´m having this problem since 1 week.
Please, fix it.

Hello, I don't seem to have any support email from you. If you emailed me I would have helped you immediately :( regarding this error, please make sure the account attempting to generate the list has permissions for orders, products, and apps. Also make sure your browser isn't blocking any of the interactions. You also may need to adjust your settings for the app by going to app settings then order picklist and make sure you aren't ignoring certain orders based on product settings like in stock or not.

All of a sudden stopped working. I am selecting 10 orders and somehow is deciding to just do the picklist for 3 or 4 orders. Very random malfunction.
I do not recommend it can be quite unreliable...

You may need to adjust the settings under Apps -> Order Picklist on your Shopify admin panel depending on if your orders are in a unique payment or fulfillment status so that they can be included in the list. I replied to the support ticket you sent 2 minutes before this review. As mentioned in my reply, if you would like, I can send you an access request so I can take a deeper look at this issue for you and help you with it.
