We're really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not the kind of support we aim to provide. There happened to be a confusion with the support team and we would like to rectify it. Please reach out to us if you are willing to get your store set up with a quick call.
I inquired about printing/PDF formatting, specifically margins. Support told me to go look for it in two different places in the app, then immediately asked for a five star review. Guess what? There is no adjustment for margins in either location. Then I was asked again to leave a five star review by their support bot. Time to look for a new solution.

It seems the page break isn't aligning properly with your invoice items. To fix this, try adjusting the Line Items Spacing in the Customize section of the app.

Draft-order is now working smoothly. Freezing when reset and doesn't reflect the changes with the draft-order created within the shopify admin
