Its easy to use and customise invoice template! Ran into some trouble with draft invoices not showing up with the order number but support was responsive and solved the issue quickly!

Easy to use and update. You have the option to ask to add extra information to the templates, and great customer service.
Installed the free version to get an invoice with the requested information and vat breakdowns for a wholesale customer. It's a bit fiddly but once you figure out how it works it's super useful and has endless customisation options. I needed assistance getting the detailed per product line VAT breakdown and Sreelekshmi on the chat was super helpful and we got it sorted in minutes.
It was great experience i loved the way Mr: Akbar helped me the solve the problem.
