Resolved the issue I was having with a pdf format. Whilst it was not immediate - they needed to consult with other people to solve, I appreciated it was corrected and they were very friendly and easy to deal with.
Thanks for your patience and we are always trying improve for our customers.
So far, I haven't had any issue with this app! I am really satisfied with the amount of customization I can do with the free plan.

The support was on point and time
Installed the free version to get an invoice with the requested information and vat breakdowns for a wholesale customer. It's a bit fiddly but once you figure out how it works it's super useful and has endless customisation options. I needed assistance getting the detailed per product line VAT breakdown and Sreelekshmi on the chat was super helpful and we got it sorted in minutes.

a bit expensive but if you can afford it it is worth it. does everything you want and support is top tier.
