We use three apps from this company and find them all valuable and time saving to our business. We started out on the free version of order printer and upgraded to the paid version after getting great feedback from our customers. They really appreciate being able to download their pdf invoice directly from the order confirmation notification. It's time saving for them as well as for us. We also purchased the customizable invoice and email templates so all our notifications and invoices match our store. The installation and set up were pretty simple but Bjorn did reach out to provide support if we needed any.
