We are a wholesale business that sometimes collects funds after we have sent the stock, so this app was the only one that would allow us to send a professional invoice without marking the order as paid or pending. Very easy to install and use!

Not so great. I got a response that didn't address the issue. If you fit perfectly in their realm, great. I did not and they didn't really know how to address it; they gave me directions, which I followed, but it didn't address my needs. Perhaps they're using a bot and they're not able to deal directly with potential clients. Not good.
I gave them two stars because I feel bad about giving anyone who is trying to create a business only one star.

It was certainly not a bot answering you, it was me.
You were asking for a completely custom template design, outside of the template types we have available in the app.
As mentioned, it is possible to create custom templates in the app using HTML, CSS and Liquid.. however I cannot offer to create that custom design for you.
I also provided info on a team that could help you with your custom template.
I’d love to know what else I could have done further.

This app makes invoicing super easy. BUT I do wish there were an option to add additional billing. In my case, I have to manually add shipping on wholesale orders, and I'm not finding an option to alter the doc.
BUT otherwise, it's easy and very professional looking. OH there should also be an option to add TERMS
After fiddling around with a free App I decided to pay the small one off fee to buy Order Printer Pro Template and at this stage it is free for me to use Order Printer Pro then the cost is very small. The Template was so easy to use and looks very professional.
Great app, Fantastic Customer Support. Was looking for an Invoice printer that could pull from our Customer Tags and this app works beautifully!
I needed to be able to provide a link in the order confirmation email for the customer to download a PDF copy of their invoice. This app just does that - and provides a professional looking PDF template with excellent documentation and instructions on how to customise the content inside the template. At only $10 per month, this app is well worth the spend.
