Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

These elegant, customizable order templates allow me to generate wholesale invoices within the basic Shopify subscription without having to pay for a B2B app with unnecessary functionality. Their customer service team responded immediately to my questions, and they always offered to assist with the issue. Highly recommend.

Be careful with the templates in different customer scenarios such as delivery compared to pickup. However, their customer service team will quickly and effectively solve a problem if you find one. 5 stars.

The technical team is awesome, and multiple times have come quickly to help me solve an issue. within minutes. 10/10 customer support. I am a loyal customer now. Doriannys helped me manually force an update to solve a small issue i had, and it was fixed in like 30 seconds. Then she helped me code a custom solution on our invoice template. This app works great, it is perfect for VAT invoices, or any custom invoices and packing slips. The few little issues we have had have been sorted immediatley, you can't ask for any more than that.

The app works great and the support is excellent!

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it does not work seamlessly with Shopify B2B, because Shopify does not give the app access to the native VAT number information. This is not the app’s fault.

This means the VAT number needs to be added manually if the customer has not entered it in their customer account. However, the app works as well as Shopify allows it to, and it still makes it much easier for our customers to access their invoices on their own.

The native Shopify VAT invoice is very well hidden for customers who want to self-serve, so we need this app to provide better customer service and make invoices easier for our customers to find.

Hit a Liquid issue with typed metafields rendering blank in our custom invoice template.

Keanu in support went into the store with collaborator access, identified the actual cause within the hour (turned out to be the top-10 pinned metafield rule), confirmed correct syntax, and pointed us to native Shopify variables we could use to free up metafield slots. Calm, precise, no scripted loop.

Highly recommended for any store doing custom invoice work.

This app deleted over a dozen collections in our store due to what they called a "bug."
When we reached out to support, their response was shockingly dismissive. They sent us an incomplete historical list of collections (going back 13 years) and basically told us it was our problem and to fix it ourselves. Zero compensation for the many hours we had to spend manually recreating everything and fixing the errors their bug caused.
This level of carelessness combined with terrible customer support makes this app a serious risk for any store. Save yourself the headache and look for a different order printer solution (or better yet, pester Shopify to provide this basic service with their platform). Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

We have been using this tool for over a year now. It is perfect for every application. Worth every cent and the team is fantastic. If you do 10 orders or 1000 this is the tool you need!
