Support client ultra réactif par chat, solution très complète pour mettre en place un systeme de facturation avec TVA et surtout de mettre en place le téléchargement de factures depuis le compte client, après en avoir testé 2 nous resterons sur Order Printer Pro, qui reste avec un tarif abordable face aux autres apps.

Misleading billing. You will be billed after your store has 50 orders in the month even if you haven't actually used the app at all.
I should not be billed when the app his not been used at all. I may have had over 50 orders, but not a single one used Order Printer Pro for anything. No receipts, custom layouts, etc were ever printed or processed in any way. I just paid for literally nothing.
Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing is based on your store's orders per month, as can be seen in the pricing and subscription details when installing apps.

Very quick and efficient help when I was having problems with the app, resolved it completely!
Jose is really great. thanks for the help! I dont know why Order Printer moved to a subscription platform (kinda lame) and I hate paying 10$ a month just to print my own invoices when it used to be free. I wont leave a negative review bc I dont want Jose to get in trouble its not their fault but that sucks and I wish I could still use the legacy version.

Tried a few other invoice apps before lading on Order Printer Pro and sticking with them. Great looking invoice, easy to edit, and if you need some technical help, they are fast and good. Highly recommend!
