Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

This app has been working very well for our business needs over the last year. It gives us a nice looking, full-sized invoice to provide to our customers. Whenever assistance has been needed, the support has been quick to our requests, and very easy to deal with overall. So far, so good!

We've used this app for years and every time we have needed assistance with customising something the support team has been quick at responding and efficiently completes every request exactly as we ask for! It's rare to find customer service reps that genuinely listen and work to achieve what you've asked for, these guys have nailed it.

Easy to use app for creating complaint Tax Invoices, which Shopify does not do by default. Very responsive support for any issues.

I have been using Order Printer Pro since 2022 and in my tech stack they are A) irreplaceable and B) absolute joy to work with. We would not be able to do what we do and have everything so highly personalised to us if not for the amazing support and a "can-do" attitude of the team. Everyone I have interacted with have been great. To me this matters almost as much as the app functionality, because we don't have a massive team, in fact t's a 1 person team looking after all things Shopify and E-Commerce so good app support feels like an extension to the team I can always rely on.

Was good when I was online only / before I opened a brick and mortar physical store. App developers have it coded so it counts every single order, not just orders that you generate a PDF or slip for, so getting billed for orders that will never get a PDF.
