One of the Best apps available on Shopify. Easy to install, looks professional and what made it even sweeter was that I had a customer order a couple minutes after installing it, so I was able to see in real time how the pdf receipt looked.
It advertises that theres a free plan available. After downloading the app, it forces you to pay $10 a month
Thank you for your review. However, I think there is some confusion or misunderstanding here.
Based on the number of orders your store had in the past month (don't want to post the actual number publicly here), the app is correct in asking you to subscribe to the paid plan. You are a long way over the free plan limit of 50 orders a month.
You are correct that the app has a free plan, for stores with less than 50 orders a month. For stores with more than 50 orders a month, the app costs $10/month for unlimited orders. The app will not charge you anything if you have less than 50 orders a month.

Thanks for the review, and sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I actually found it surprising that you said you didn't get good support. You came to us with a list of custom changes that you wanted to your template, and we've helped with them on multiple occasions, also when you changed your mind or added something more that you wanted changed.
Regarding the slowness you mentioned, that is unfortunately due to using the app through the Shopify POS app. The way that the Shopify POS app loads apps inside it, is slow, and unfortunately not something we have control over to improve.
As my colleagues mentioned to you, we've refunded the last months subscription charge to your account and wish you the best with your business.

Simple and effective. Great little app especially used alongside the Order Printer Templates app!
We had a different invoice app and we had many problems with them. I changed the app to this one and I am super happy. Everything is so easy and the support is very helpful. Saves a lot of time to our team. Highly recommended!

Printing out new orders and delivery notes/packing slips each morning was a really tedious and time consuming task. Regular, free, Order Printer just didn't do the trick, it didn't include enough info. Pro now saves us probably an hour each day.
