I use the app to automatically send invoices to my customers. The app works great and is very versatile with the layout and data of the templates. I also had a few questions regarding variables in the invoice. Bjorn was very friendly and helpful with my support request. He answered fast and we could fix my problem within 2 mails. The app just works! It does the job I required (just the 'Download PDF Invoice' link on my Order Confirmation page). I had a small problem with a line of html appearing after the link. I asked for help which was instant and resolved the problem straight away.

I really like the look of the packing slips and invoices. You may as well buy the package of templates so you can use all of them for a uniform look. It has more and better information to help me fulfill and ship orders. I use it to print the customization notes from Globo Product Options, Variants.

So far this app is exactly what I needed. It gives my customers the option to print a PDF of their orders either right from the confirmation email or through the order history from their account.

Am super happy with my experience with this app so far. Have been using it for weeks now and everything works fine. I contacted the support today to get help with having different invoice templates depending on the country / location of my customer. I got immediate help by Salome and her team and will now thankfully try to implement the solution, but am sure I would get additional help if needed (:
