I haven't been using the app long, but in this short time, I came to a problem I didn't know how to solve. I emailed the support, thinking it would take a while, because, you know they must be busy.
They got back to me in the matter of hours and within 15 hours my problem was solved! Thanks to Lauro, who solved my problem and now I am glad to say I am going to continue to use the app for my invoices :)

I am new to this app and was having a problem with my Invoice Template. I sought help with their support team "Cesar" and he was patient enough to assist me until everything was fixed. Very good customer service and great app for printing invoices for a more professional look receipts. I actually really like using this app for my small online business. A must. Surprising that Shopify has not included it by default, but this dev does exactly what it says.
What a great service, made my life easier for customers that would request invoices; I was wasting time making PDFs and sending them, now it's all automated. Big thanks for the team behind this, and for offering it at the best price ever: FREE!
