Order Printer Pro: Invoice App

They broke the app by pushing an update without testing it. Invoices and packing slips are now missing info and have wrong info. Chat support says they typically respond within two minutes. It's been nearly an hour. We rely on this app to run our business, and now it's just plain broken.
ROLL BACK THE UPDATE! It wasn't needed anyway!

They keep updating the product, and we keep suffering with their updates, now, our team has experienced interruptions for many times, this has delayed our shipment process which depends on this app. Now, we started using shopify native order printer app, converted all the template codes that we optimised by using ai solutions. we don't recommend at all....

This is the best app with the best support.

It allows you to tailor your own template with a variety of different languages and it is free for small businesses which is a huge plus.

They are fast, hearing, and very very smart!

This app solved several issues we had with the standard options from Shopify in one solution. We choose for this app because you have full control via the templates and variables. With little coding skills you make your paperwork the way you want.
