I think I've been using this app for nearly 10 years. Today was the first time I contacted support because I wanted to add some extra special functionality to our customer accounts page, giving our regular customers a better user experience. I explained what I wanted to achieve, and the support team came back very quickly with a step-by-step guide on how to implement it

Really great app--does things that Shopify should do but doesn't! Makes printing invoices, packing slips etc easy and you can also print invoices from drafts for order quotes. Support from the team is superior to support from many other apps--you often receive a reply within hours.

I'm in a unique position to rate this app because we've had it for ELEVEN YEARS. This is a must-have app for billing, packslips, invoicing, etc. Shopify has never built this function and it never will (despite their 1.5 star app). Billing people in Quickbooks is a drag, just give up and use this app.
