Order Printer Pro: PDF Invoice

This morning, I encountered an isolated technical issue that disrupted my normal routine. I utilized the app's virtual assistance tool, and the experience was flawless. After briefly explaining the situation, the system resolved the issue within minutes. The absence of hold times and the streamlined nature of the automated support allowed me to resume my work with minimal downtime. This is an excellent app with highly reliable support infrastructure.

The app works great and the support is excellent!

The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is that it does not work seamlessly with Shopify B2B, because Shopify does not give the app access to the native VAT number information. This is not the app’s fault.

This means the VAT number needs to be added manually if the customer has not entered it in their customer account. However, the app works as well as Shopify allows it to, and it still makes it much easier for our customers to access their invoices on their own.

The native Shopify VAT invoice is very well hidden for customers who want to self-serve, so we need this app to provide better customer service and make invoices easier for our customers to find.

Overall, we're very satisfied with the app and the support experience. The app works well for our business and provides great value.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that full compliance with European e-invoicing requirements (especially XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) is not yet available. For businesses operating in the European market, this has become increasingly important.

That said, we're happy with the app and look forward to future updates that will hopefully add full support for these formats.

This app automatically calculates the plan you need to be on - so you are not able to manually select your plan according to the usage you anticipate (e.g we want to be able to generate invoices for select orders only).

Be careful with the templates in different customer scenarios such as delivery compared to pickup. However, their customer service team will quickly and effectively solve a problem if you find one. 5 stars.

Outstanding customer service! Fixed my issue right away and nothing was a problem. This app makes the ordering process so much easier by automating the tax invoices.

Great support from Keanu! He helped me fix a tax display issue on our invoice template. He was patient, clear, and created a test template first so we could check everything before going live. Problem solved smoothly. Highly recommend!

Great app we've used for years which allows you to code your own custom documents. I hope to see Shopify Flow integration soon. :)
