I think I've been using this app for nearly 10 years. Today was the first time I contacted support because I wanted to add some extra special functionality to our customer accounts page, giving our regular customers a better user experience. I explained what I wanted to achieve, and the support team came back very quickly with a step-by-step guide on how to implement it
I'm over the moon with the support, and the app (obviously). Here's to another 10 years of using the app

Makes your templates much more professional and will impress your customers.
Excellent and only couple of minutes to set up!
Really great app--does things that Shopify should do but doesn't! Makes printing invoices, packing slips etc easy and you can also print invoices from drafts for order quotes. Support from the team is superior to support from many other apps--you often receive a reply within hours.
