Awesome app and its FREE. Love my new template also from the other app
Excellent APP and support. Needed a tweak and in 60 mins they had responded to my request for where to enter the new code! Excellent and would give 10 stars if possible!!

Der Kundenservice ist sehr hilfsbereit und extrem schnell verfügbar. Also falls man fragen oder Probleme bei Einstellungen hat, übernimmt das auch gerne der Sevice.

Complicated to use if you don't know code, I reached out for help and was a waste of my time. All he did was send me links to pages I had already read and that took over 30 mins to send me 4 links.
Sorry for the frustrations, and that you didn't get the help you wanted.
Our support replied to you 4 times over a half hour period with in-depth answers to your questions (130+ word answers), which did include links to more resources if needed. They also replied to you and offered to help make the custom code changes for you, also when you contacted them about the same thing last week.
Fair enough if the answers were not what you wanted to hear, but saying support is a waste of time is not fair. They help thousands of people, offered to help you, and our other reviews are a good indicator.
I usually don't post replies like this, but I think it's important to show both sides, and stick up for our support team when they get unfair feedback.

Super app easy setup and works perfect i have been a little confused since i install a code that says
but it is not downloading from the domain.tld inserted but the app's domain maybe i can be guided to use a cname record or something but else everything is fine.We have been struggling with poorly designed PDF apps and paying extra for customizations. Once we started with Order Printer Pro we got our PDF invoices sorted within one eveving. The support was fast, accurate and really helpful. The best part is we now have full control to customize our PDF documents as needed. Great App. Thank you!
