Order Printer Pro is a great app that we use to take care of automating custom e-mails and invoices. They even provided some extra liquid-tags for us to implement some shipment information. Great app, great service!
Lauro has been amazing to work with. Super fast responses and made sure to understand everything i needed for my invoices. Best customer service experience i have recieved on a shopify app so far

Complicated to use if you don't know code, I reached out for help and was a waste of my time. All he did was send me links to pages I had already read and that took over 30 mins to send me 4 links.
Sorry for the frustrations, and that you didn't get the help you wanted.
Our support replied to you 4 times over a half hour period with in-depth answers to your questions (130+ word answers), which did include links to more resources if needed. They also replied to you and offered to help make the custom code changes for you, also when you contacted them about the same thing last week.
Fair enough if the answers were not what you wanted to hear, but saying support is a waste of time is not fair. They help thousands of people, offered to help you, and our other reviews are a good indicator.
I usually don't post replies like this, but I think it's important to show both sides, and stick up for our support team when they get unfair feedback.

The support from Order Printer Pro is really fantastic. You usually get answers within a few minutes and I have received a solution to every problem immediately. I have not much to say, but EXCELLENT app! Solved all my client problems and saved me on time double handling having to send out invoices separtely through MYOB. Well done to the creators. No issues installing, easy to use, must have for every biz out there!

We needed to enable invoicing of partially-fulfilled / incomplete orders. The standard Shopify invoice includes fulfilled and unfulfilled items which totally confused our B2B customers.
Order Printer enabled us to create invoices of only the fulfilled items. The support team at Order Printer provided outstanding support helping us create this invoice. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this app and team to meet diverse invoicing requirements!
