Misleading billing. You will be billed after your store has 50 orders in the month even if you haven't actually used the app at all.

I should not be billed when the app his not been used at all. I may have had over 50 orders, but not a single one used Order Printer Pro for anything. No receipts, custom layouts, etc were ever printed or processed in any way. I just paid for literally nothing.

Thank you for your feedback. Our pricing is based on your store's orders per month, as can be seen in the pricing and subscription details when installing apps.

We've had this app in place for a number of years now. Very flexible, but more to the point, it just gets the job done with no fuss. Further to this however, the real stand out point for this app is the staff - the support is always super fast and resolve any amendments we need. Really appreciate it. Thanks ~John.
