Finally!!! A proper invoice that I can print for our customers in our store. There isn't any way to print an order natively on Shopify without printing the admin page which is not a professional invoice for a customer. It also works for draft orders which is exactly what our business needed. Support has been very helpful with helping me customize my invoice template! It's perfect!

I was frustrated with the limitations and errors in my current invoice app so I thought I would do a 14 day trial with Order Printer Pro. I struggled a bit customizing with my logo so I went straight to the chat because previous reviews said how helpful they are. They did not disappoint!! Within minutes of deciding to change my invoices, I can already see this is a much better integrated app with professional looking documents. Looking forward to using more of the features. I recently started using Order Printer and the support has been unlike any other app I have ever tried! The team has been incredibly helpful in helping us make changes to the templates to fit our needs. This app has helped us automate the invoice and order confirmation creation which has saved our team a lot of time. I couldn't recommend them enough!

The app just works! It does the job I required (just the 'Download PDF Invoice' link on my Order Confirmation page). I had a small problem with a line of html appearing after the link. I asked for help which was instant and resolved the problem straight away.

I love the simplicity of this app, easy to set up and smooth running set and forget once running.

I needed an invoicing tool for Tax duties and Order Printer Pro is doing a good job since I installed it 3 months ago.
I've also had the opportunity to work with their support which is very reactive and willing to help. The last case was adding a custom field (customer VAT number) to the invoice and they told me what code lines I should add and where.

I haven't been using the app long, but in this short time, I came to a problem I didn't know how to solve. I emailed the support, thinking it would take a while, because, you know they must be busy.
They got back to me in the matter of hours and within 15 hours my problem was solved! Thanks to Lauro, who solved my problem and now I am glad to say I am going to continue to use the app for my invoices :)

I have used this App for 3.5 years and it has honestly saved me SOOOO much manual work. Professional templates and easy interface. I have only had one issue in all of this time, and the customer service was FAST and POLITE and PROFESSIONAL and then they went above and beyond to fix my issue as quickly as possible. If you want to automate invoices - their PDF link is so easy to add to the confirmation email, well worth the monthly fee.

I can really absolutely recommend the app! Not only is their payment model super fair (you only pay if you have more than 50 orders/month), the customer support is also outstanding!

Valeria helped me to make all kinds of adjustments to my invoices. She helped me to embed the download link in the English and the German mail template, she translated the invoice for me (for customers from abroad) and she was super kind and patient on top of it. Honestly, it has been one of the best (if not the best) customer service experiences I've ever had.
