Very customisable and works well. Some other invoice apps don't allow different templates for order invoices and draft invoices. We need different messaging for those, and for different payment statuses since we offer bank deposit as a payment option. This app allows for that and more. This app is amazing and the support is even better! So many apps are mediocre to average and most support is average at best. FORSBERG support has been so responsive to our needs. I highly recommend this app.

Great App - superb HowTo's for integration into Shopify Emails. If you know your way around some basic liquid and CSS it's highly customizable. Enjoy that...
Only thing missing: would be nice to have to possibility to directly add PDF as attachment to mails
