This is a great app for printing invoices, packing lists and returns notes. Love how you can send an invoice within the order confirmation e-mail. I highly recommend it.
We've been asked many times by customers to provide them with a clear receipt for tax purposes. Many times these requests come way after their purchase. Order Printer Pro is a great solution. Super clean and easy to read, along with many options. Highly recommended!
This app takes the hard work out of manually sending the correct type of tax invoices to our Aussie customers. The auto attachment sent with order confirmation was easy to set up for our business The Photographer's Toolbox. No coding needed for a quick setup.

This app does not take the VAT into account. Not suited for European dropshippers.

Regarding the VAT, the app does not calculate the taxes itself, but will display any taxes that Shopify have calculated on your orders, based on your tax settings in the Shopify admin.
It sounds like perhaps you have not setup your Shopify admin to calculate taxes on your orders. You can do that in your Shopify admin by going to Settings > Taxes
Once that is done, then any new orders in your account will correctly show the taxes to customers during checkout, in the confirmation emails, as well as in our documents.
