Luis was very helpful to figure out a coding issue to change a template.

Le support est réactif. Ils répondent à des questions de programmation pour la mise en page de formulaires.
Il manque néanmoins la possibilité d'utiliser les metafileds des commandes et des brouillons. Dommage.

Very good, so far, does what I need. I've needed to contact customer service a couple of time to help me to edit some code, which they did immediately, very helpful. I would've given 5 stars if it was easy to use the templates without needing to edit code.

The support has been great, but I'm not loving the updates. Otherwise, we find this app helpful for the design of our custom packing slip.

Would like to be able to split fullfillment orders. That is very important in my business and i need to change your app for another in the future.

I have been using Order Printer Pro for many years to create quotes, invoices and delivery notes for our Shopify orders. It has always been a very reliable and useful app.

The recent update introduced a drop down menu that automatically expands, which pushes the template further down the page. I have several templates, but I do not need to see them every time, especially since you can already set a default template. At the moment I have to minimise the drop down menu each time I want to print an invoice, which adds extra steps. It would be helpful to have an option to keep this menu minimised by default.

Aside from this issue, the app remains an excellent tool. The ability to create custom templates with minimal coding knowledge, along with the option to edit text before printing, is extremely valuable.

Not happy that they just added a "feature" that should/could have been a separate app for the stores that need it. We bought a toaster, and now they turned it into a toaster and blender combo. I don't want the blender nor the toaster and blender combo. I just want the toaster. So we can now either choose to ignore the extra section added to our order page and ignore the extra choices on the menu, or look for another toaster that keeps things simple and cleaner looking. May need to look into Shopify Order Printer since it is getting good reviews after its redesign.

This app is a must. The document customization options alone are worth the price. We print to letterhead that already has our color logo on it, so we can print on black and white printers. This saves on color toner costs, and black and white printers are less expensive. We simply duplicated each document so that each has one with the logo on it, and one with a blank space where the logo would be printed, to print on letterhead.

As long as they don't break it with an update like they recently did, it's a 5 star app.

Easy setup and template edit. Fast and uncomplicated support.

One thing we have not yet managed to do is to generate the labels in A6 format. in the preview the format fits, in the pdf it is again in A4 format. Not sure if that is an issue in the app or the printer.

The support has a solution (https://help.forsbergplustwo.com/en/articles/3289768-printing-on-smaller-paper-a5-or-4x6) wich unfortunately we were not able to make it work with our template yet.
