After briefly explaining the situation, the system resolved the issue within minutes. The absence of hold times and the streamlined nature of the automated support allowed me to resume my work with minimal downtime. Overall, we're very satisfied with the app and the support experience. The app works well for our business and provides great value.

The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that full compliance with European e-invoicing requirements (especially XRechnung and ZUGFeRD) is not yet available. For businesses operating in the European market, this has become increasingly important.

That said, we're happy with the app and look forward to future updates that will hopefully add full support for these formats.
