Quite easy to use. Good German translation.
I also use Order Printer Pro. It took me a while to understand that I have to copy the code into the templates of Order Printer Pro.
But now it works perfectly. Thanks :-)

We used this app to customise our packing slips. The support staff were very helpful and extremely quick to respond. The support team also helped us hugely by customising some small aspects of the template that will make a major difference for us. This app certainly helped me create a much more customer friendly invoice. It looks so much more finished than any stock invoices. I had a custom request to change some parts of the look and Bjorn responded within 16 hours with a custom code for me to use, creating just the look I wanted, I couldn't be happier with this app. Also with the one time fee it is probably one of the highest cost/benefit apps I have used.

I've only tried the packing lists and it doesn't work. If the order has a line with 3 items and 2 are fulfilled and one unfilled, it reports all as unfulfilled. Unfortunately this seems to be a limitation which is out of control of the developer as shopify order app does not allow access to this information.

Was really struggling with making invoices look the way we wanted but this app is brilliant and has made them look completely on brand and just as needed, great customer service too.

This app is really great and the service is amazing. They always respond to me very quickly and are super helpful. I rarely take time to review apps, but this one is worth it.
