This app has saved me so much time in emailing bespoke invoices to customers who asked from them (especially customers in certain countries)

An absolute no brainer. With the help of their team, we've built out our ideal packing slip template that is able to overcome many of Shopify's native functionality. Packing efficiency has increased considerably with the ability sort by vendor, product, etc.

The price calculation had to be expanded to include a discount function. It took less than 12 hours for the developers to respond. The expansion with the new code provided was completed within 10 seconds.

Excellent support. I needed a few changes made to one of their templates (to add purchase order number and payment due date) and they responded very quickly to get it resolved - on a Sunday night! From my experience, I would definitely recommend them.
