F+2: Order Printer Templates , 1 222 vurderinger

This app is awesome! Loved the template and they even did a customization very quickly for me.

We have non-breaking space HTML entity codes in our product titles at The Microbrand Store, http://the.microbrand.store, which display fine on our web store but were appearing as codes in the templates.

Not only did they fix this for us, which was greatly appreciated since I imagine only a very few stores are doing this, but they did so in a fast and efficient manner, after a bit of back and forth experimentation, and during the Christmas/New Year holiday period too. Exceptional customer service!

At the outset, they also stated that if the problem couldn't be resolved, we'd get a full refund. Can't speak highly enough of the team here. This is exactly what you want in team supporting a plug-in, as over time the system (Shopify) that it's running on will change, and you'll want to work with a team that is responsive if/when new bugs crop up.

app is so easy to use,would totally recommend! My template required a little tweaking which order printer staff were happy to help with for no extra fee, i was in contact with order printer staff before purchasing in regard to label paper ect, responses were fast and helpful. i really recommend this app for more tailored professional looking stationary without the headache of coding. So easy to use and so many good templates. Thank you order printer :)

Great looking templates that make my invoices look professional especially compared to the stock Shopify invoice. I required quite a bit of customization and the developer worked with me endlessly until we had it just right. The best money I've ever spent on an app.

I purchased the Winter template for $29 - a one off fee to last forever. It has now stopped working, displaying multiple liquid errors. I'm not getting any response customer support.
Update: Support got back to me with a resolution and it now seems to be working again.
