I use the app since one year now and everything works perfect. Customization of most parts of the templates is easy. There was just one thing I couldn't do myself and they made it for me within very short time.
This app is actually playing with your money. sending the invoices IS NOT FREE as they say ( you can only download the templates apps for free to buy a template DUH).
Once you buy the templates, you have to get their other app so that you can send invoices.
I did not like that shady approach, I love honest businesses, this is not one of them, and I will gladly pay when I know everything right from the beginning.
Apart from that, the templates are great, the app is working great, and it's easy to download etc.
Thanks for taking the time to provide the feedback, and I'm very sorry that you felt mislead. It is not intentional in anyway, and I'd like to improve any text that gave you the wrong impression.

You just made our life way easier, saving time from printing one by one label and packing slip! The integrated label on the packing slip, that we're now using are very convenient.
Most of all, a special thanks to Bjorn, who did lots of specific adjustments to the template to match our design :)

Beautiful and easy to configure PDF invoices. But more than that, they have a fantastic support team that helped me out setting up multi-lingual invoices and adding additional VAT info (which wasn't as straightforward as hoped, but they did helped me a lot to implement it the way I wanted to). Fantastic team.

Awesome stuff. I needed something custom done and they were super helpful!
The app doesn't work. I give always error. I try the chat but after 40 min still no answer. This is not ok.
My apologies for the frustration, and issue you ran into. I've reviewed the conversation you had with our support team, and will be digging further into what went wrong.
I see that our support team already issued you a full refund, which is the least we could do after a disappointing experience.

This App was well worth the small purchase fee. We were looking for an alternative to our current boring invoice and this was exactly what we were looking for.
Bjorn provided excellent customer service, always replying within a day and he was very happy to customise our chosen template until it was perfect.
