Luis provided above-and-beyond service to help us with customizing our template. Well worth the investment for merchants who have some needs that aren't off the shelf.
The team is fantastic to deal with. We had some really custom requests to be built into our packaging slips and they've been able to hit every single one of them and code into the slip exactly what we were after. Highly recommended which is going to make a day to day job a lot easier for our staff.

An absolute no brainer. With the help of their team, we've built out our ideal packing slip template that is able to overcome many of Shopify's native functionality. Packing efficiency has increased considerably with the ability sort by vendor, product, etc.
