Discount variables are not working anymore. I'm actually more than disappointed to see that the variables are not matching with the ones in shopify API. Why in the world do you guys have to make everything so hard and inconsistent.

Constant issues with an Order sheet and invoices, liquid error appears with some products and the support is not helpful at all, they just advise to install a thrid party app instead of looking into the problem.

On the whole I like this app but if I refund an item this is not updated on the invoice on order printer. I'm sure it used to do this. Is there a way to fix this

Ammended to say this App has become useless so I don't know what has happened. It prints part of an order on one sheet and then the rest of the order on another sheet, it just seems to have a mind of it's own. I am wasting so much paper and ink that I am furious. I thought it was just me but reading the reviews here it seems to be an issue. This is just not professional at all.

By default, the templates are set up to automatically pull your store details from the settings in the Shopify admin (https://bit.ly/3QEXNZP) and the customer's details from their orders. have been using this since we setup our shopify store. however now it says that i haven not selected any template even though i have. is there something that i have missed?

This app will be perfect if it shows customer paid by credit card 4 digit ending number with either authorized or paid status.

That being said, while there isn't a way to display the last 4-digits of the credit card number, you can display the payment status using this variable - {{ transaction.status }}. Doesn't correctly reflect order changes. Which apparently is normal per my conversation with Shopify support

I'd recommend continuing to speak with the Advisor working with you on your support ticket if you're not seeing this on your end. I have contacted this app because I was wrongly charged for two months. No response.
It was suppose to be after 50 invoices, I have less than 30 lifetime invoices.

Very Easy App to add. It's only right to point out that this does NOT work with Shopify POS as it says. But it works well from the dashboard.
