doesn't work on safari, have to use chrome to use it. doesn't print labels well, can't bundle labels onto a sheet, it's pretty crap.
I would have given 5 stars, I really like this app, I have customised it the way I like, but when I upgraded to Safari 12, it stopped working. As another reviewer said, surely this wan’t a surprise! Please get it back working again. I’m saved temporarily by the fact that it does work on my iPad!
Doesn’t work. No support. Horrible. Have asked for help on several occasions. Nothing. DO NOT USE!!!

It's great when it works, but within the past few weeks, it acts like it's a new app and asks me to install it. I already have it... don't need to install it. I might uninstall it now.
Very easy to use and great for getting branded invoices to put in the parcels. Cheers!
Not working since Shopify upgraded my store to https
After 3 years, the 1STAR will be renewed once again. There's an in-app alert that calls for an update and request to contact support. However, contacting support takes you to Shopify Support with no outcomes in sight or timeline. The issue seems to be ongoing for several months by reading the reviews

Our theme support team can make some changes to the templates for Order Printer, although this is usually limited to minor changes such as adjusting spacing and adding text and images. Other requests are not supported by our themes team, as per our design policy (https://bit.ly/3uGMIeu), and these changes must be made by a third-party developer or by the merchant themselves. We've been using this app for a couple years and it is quite useful. The invoice and packing slip is clean and well-designed.

Code For Packing slip including items but not price can be made by creating a new template and combining the code in the two templates provided.
