I used this app for years with no problem. Then all of the sudden it stopped working. I cleared my cache, still won't work. I cannot explain HOW frustrating this is. I CANNOT do what I need for my business. FIX IT!
Overall a great app, but in the last few weeks just keeps re-directing me to get the 14 day trial app (that I already have) when I go to print an invoice. Hope you can fix this bug.
I loved this app until the newest Safari update. Loved that I could customize in the formats that I need. Please update the app so I can keep using it.
It worked well for 2 years but now will not print multiple orders on some printers. Shopify Support variously blamed our computers, our network, Google Chrome, our template, and finally blamed the printer manufacturer. They suggested I employ a Shopify Expert to remake our Order Printer Template. When I said it would be cheaper to buy new printers, but it was on them if that didn't work out, they said I shouldn't do that. So Im stuck, and annoyed.
Please don't suggest I contact Support again, since that was ultimately a waste of time the first time around, and I do not expect any improvement. Just let me know when this is fixed.

love this app. once you get it set up, it's very easy to use. i love that it makes a customized invoice and packing slips for me with logo on the top, etc.
I like the app and i am using it. I would like to add SKU in line but liquid variables don't work. Thanks

This app saves my clients order management but today all templates where gone and the app can't start. Is this the same issue reported after Shopify updating something. My clients have some kind of panic now because they can't print any order slips with the QR codes I made for them in templates.

im sure there are lots of apps that can do "better" than this but it's free and it gest the job done, we have one copy for internal use and one for the customer, the templates are powerful you just need to know a bit of liquid
get it if you are just starting out or don't need anything fancy
Makes nice invoices and packing slips free of charge.
