great app for printing orders.
but how I wish that it was possible to view older edited templates and to be able to view the default invoice template!
Very useful and simple to use but no function to send invoice per mail and/or auto email invoice to the customer.
This app has so much potential for Shopify stores. Too bad it's not getting the attention it needs from Shopify.
It has stopped working with my latest version of Safari- on all devices. I use this a lot and am happy with the app, just need to fix this important issue!!
I need sku numbers but can not find anyone to add these for me. I would help my customers when they want to ask a question. I wish I could find a guru who could do this for me. Other than that I use all the time and like it.
I used the app to change the complete looking of my invoices - works perfect as long as you are able to read and write html codes. Thank you for your work.
I am no longer able to print invoices and I see someone else is having the same issue. The invoice will come up along with the big green print button, but clicking on the button does not work. This seems to be a known issue but has not been fixed and issue started 3 weeks ago. Currently looking for a new app to use. I would think shopify would have good apps.
Hi, there! We experienced this issue a few weeks back and it has since been resolved, however your browser may be caching the issue from before. I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache, and this should resolve this for you. I'll follow up with you via email to see if this works, and if not we can do some more troubleshooting together. App was not working when I checked this morning (8-6-18), but based on another reviewer's experience where he installed recently and it worked fine, I went ahead and reinstalled it (by clicking "Get" on the app page) and it began working perfectly again. Minor glitch, easy to fix.
