nice app for free but has its limitations. for example, an invoice generated from the admin side does not include the billing address, only the shipping address. also, there is no way to manually email the invoice to the customer, has to be saved down as a .pdf and send separately through your email server.
Still doesn't work with Apple systems--too bad--it was a great product. It shouldn't be that hard to update??
Clunky, and lacking simple features. Limited to displaying the last 10 orders, which has to be bypassed by clicking into Orders, then the drop down, then Order Printer, then back to Orders.
It gets the job done, but it wastes time. Selling things that require physical requires printing a receipt, and Shopify should include a far more robust solution.
Was working well then suddenly getting liquid errors where the customer name should be. Apparently a known glitch that shopify hasn't fixed. It renders the app useless.

My friend recommended this app to me when I told him the problem which I was facing when the number of orders we received through our website furniturestop.co.uk have been increasing day by day. It has saved my time and simplified the process.
It works on desktop browsers. But not on iPhones. It prints only half of the page every time (tried it on different iPhones). That's a pity as it's the only way to have a packing slip with prices displayed

Works perfectly. Couldn't operate without this. We use this every day to easily print our orders. Simple and effective.
Now we don't need to use a third party software to write/ generate a bill.
Saves time.
Installed, spent 2 hours on support waiting for the dev team to fix a bug with the app and no resolution, uninstalled and went with 'Order Eagle' (works perfectly, plus functionality and aesthetics are also better).
For orders with a discount, the 'Subtotal price' and 'Total price' were showing the same value, ie. discounts were not being properly accounted for.
Who knows what else is wrong with the app, we didn't stick around to find out. App was already not performing it's fundamental purpose.
Frustrating and time-wasting, would recommend avoiding.
