Starting in April, when I choose print the app now takes me to this page on the app store instead of formatting my orders for printing. I have to go back to the home page and do the process a second time for it to work.
Time consuming for a real business trying to produce invoices and orders.
Really like this app and its super useful, however one major point, I want to be able to send the order bills generated with this app directly to the respective customers too. Is there any way to implement it or a app that hooks into this one?

I installed this app, because it's a requirement to use with the Orderly Packing Slips. The packing slips are beautiful, a much needed upgrade to the Shopify packing slips. HOWEVER - you can't print the packing slips from the same page that you fulfill the order. So you have to 1) fulfill the order, 2) exit out of the order itself back to your Shopify Orders page, 3) select the checkbox next to the order and click "Print with Order App," 4) be taken to the Order App page, THEN you can print the dashboard. For one or two orders, it's annoying but not a huge deal. But if you're fulfilling a lot of orders at one time, it's a hassle to have to fulfill the orders on one page, then go somewhere else just to print the packing slips.

good and easy to modify invoice printing
Does this app support the auto order print when order is placed?
So every time and customer places an order it will send a print job. Then the printer will receive the print job and print automatically.

Apps works very well. Simple installation and works immediately. I would love for a few more customization options for the docs, but still 5-stars!
This app intermittently locks up and won't allow bulk printing. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it three times. When it works, it is a nice feature.

Very good if you want to create simple invoices and it looks better than the invoices provided by Shopify. I have managed to insert my logo into the invoice, but how do I change the size of the logo as it is too big?

Editing your Order Printer templates requires you to be familiar with HTML, CSS, and Liquid, but if the the template is still close to stock, then our Theme Support team may be able to help you with the customization. Printing the receipt is fine ... but it's not that easy to customise.
