I wish Shopify could send an automated PDF invoice to clients who purchase on my site. Sadly they don't. How hard is it to have this feature??
I don't know how many clients ask for a PDF invoice instead of an email one. It's just easier for them to print or send to their finance department.
Not all ecommerce site are B2C Shopify! A lot, like mine are B2B and need PDF invoices!
Order Printer kinda solves some of that problem by offering an easy way to create clean PDF invoice. I still have to send them manually (why I gave a 4 star).
You can also create different template which is nice.
I do need this app on my store since I use it for all orders.
For me this is a must have.

Gets stuck on the "loading" page EVERY time I try to use it.

NEW PROBLEM - ANDROID. I use this app on every order, I love this app. It makes a much nicer print out of my sales, it's excellent! BUT, it recently stopped printing from all my Android devices. The button is there and clicks but nothing happens. My husbands phone and tablet are the same and all used to work. Windows computer on browser Firefox is fine, works well. I hope that helps - for the developers.
Cool free app which allows easier and better formatted printing of orders.
Fantastic app and the backup support is fast and friendly. Makes our life so much easier and we definitely recommend installing this app to your store.
The APP is great but what is impressive is the support. I needed modification of the invoice to match specific requirements and the team were all over it and had it customised in no time. Very impressive. Well done!
The app is very slow to load orders, as a consequence when printing batches (not even particularly big batches) orders are often missing. This is a problem as it means we have to double check that the order printer has done what it's supposed to do (printed orders!) and inevitably from time to time we miss a few - which isn't great for our customers. We do our best to give the app time to work, but even so the problem recurs. Any thoughts on how / when this might be corrected would be appreciated.
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review and bring your experience to our attention. There is a maximum of 50 orders printable at a time, and larger orders (2000+ products) may display errors. In your case, it's possible that not all the orders are loading before selecting print, causing certain orders to skip. After selecting the orders to print and as the Order printer page loads, allow the page to load for 30 seconds.
