I really like this until it started to freeze every time I tried to use it. It keeps trying and trying to load but can't.
We were having issues with the app so we removed it, no we can not re-install the app. Says "There’s no page at this address
Check the URL and try again, or use the search bar to find what you need." when redirected.
Thanks for reaching out! This is a known issue that our developers are aware of, which causes merchants to receive an error message when re-installing the app after removing it. For the time being, you can re-install it using the direct install link: https://orderprinter.shopifyapps.com/auth/shopify?shop=MYSHOPIFYURL (replace with your URL). Works good and easy to install.
When the app works it's great! Unfortunately it is no longer compatible with Safari 12 or Firefox. Hoping they work the tweaks out because this is a great add-on.
Super app, love it. It works really well and I can print all my orders using this app. Would definitely recommend.
I used to love this app however now since shopify has updated it will no longer allow me to print. I'm very frustrated and now need to find a different way to print my receipts.

When i try to hit the "Print Button" from the phone it does not do anything. It´s no longer working. Tried clearing the cache and data on the shopify app
I appreciate you letting us know about this! We did experience a brief issue with the print button on October 19th, but this was resolved the same day. Although you've tried clearing your cache already, it sounds like your browser may still be caching the error, in which case clearing your cache and cookies once again would be recommended. This is very high level. there is no info on credit card confirmation so if your customer needs a proper credit card receipt you are out of luck. I have to use another payment system to credit a credit card confirmation/receipt for my customers.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. Order confirmation and receipt should be automatically sent to your customer after the order is placed. If you wanted to build something custom, you'd need to have some coding knowledge.
