Worked great when I first got it, but no longer works with Safari. I'm so tired of being told to load another browser. As soon as I find a platform that caters to Apple devices I am gone!
Used to love this app. No longer works, never loads. No support has been given or updates made. Not happy.
Worked great until Safari 12 update. Please update it to support current version of Safari! Need to keep up with current web technology.
Doesn't correctly reflect order changes. Which apparently is normal per my conversation with Shopify support

Do not use with Apple Safari! Does not work at all just goes crazy and gives a server error. Should state that it is only for -PC dwellers
have been using this since we setup our shopify store. however now it says that i haven not selected any template even though i have. is there something that i have missed?

I had trouble with the app and have had an open ticket for a week. they verified there was in fact trouble. NOT operator error.

I use this app every day but no longer works with Safari and now chrome this morning. What is going on?
When i try to hit the "Print Button" from the phone it does not do anything. It´s no longer working.

We experienced an issue with the print button on October 19th - this was resolved the same day, however it's possible that your browser is caching the error and you may need to clear your cache and cookies. I loved this app for years. But now it wont open using the MacOS High Sierra! - This needs to be fixed ASAP.
