When i try to hit the "Print Button" from the phone it does not do anything. It´s no longer working.

We experienced an issue with the print button on October 19th - this was resolved the same day, however it's possible that your browser is caching the error and you may need to clear your cache and cookies. Has not worked all day. Not good for business when cannot print invoices and packing slips...
I loved this app for years. But now it wont open using the MacOS High Sierra! - This needs to be fixed ASAP.
Don't discriminate against Macs. This app used to work. It did everything I needed it to.Now it won't load. Please fix it.
App is selective about what it prints. We select say 30 orders, but the app only prints 15. We then have to waste time working out what has and hasn't been printed. We also risk missing orders which is very costly for us.
The app is broken. When you own a small business you need systems that are reliable. Shopify should have it's own print order system, we shouldn't have to go to an outside app this is like kindergarten math for Shopify. Now this order printer app doesn't even work. Huge waste of time and energy trying to figure this out.
This app was awesome until a recent update. Now the print button won't work meaning that I can no longer print invoices from either the Shopify app, or the web version. I've been in touch with Shopify who are apparently looking into the issue. It's now been 6 days and I can't print an invoice. Come on people, this is a basic necessity of any business. Something is wrong with the coding somewhere, please sort it out.

If you are still unable to print, then it sounds like your browser and app may be caching the error. I recommend clearing your cache and perhaps rebooting your router if you haven't already done so. be a good idea if there was clear instructions of how to use it.
Depended on this app for months, now it is broken. Normally a very great app, not sure whats going on here.
App quit working several times this week.
