I've had to reinstall because after a few times of working I get only a blank screen. I use chrome. Do I need to switch?

Here is number 4 on re-downloading. Hope this time it works for more than two orders.

I use this to print invoices and create labels for my packages. I have to manually write the address on the package as I'm not able to easily print a label with my logo. Editing the code is difficult for someone like me without any technical background even using the help docs. I am able to print labels easily on not on the Highstreet which is the marketplace where I make most of my sales so it is a shame that the packages I send out using Shopify look less professional for my customers.

The packing slips don't include anything except the coming and going address - that is not what a packing slip is! It needs to include the products that are included in the order. I don't write code, so this app is useless to me.

Doesn't run on Safari 12.0 (macOS 10.14 Mojave). Seriously? I'm surprised that this app is having issues with the new version of Safari.

So now what do I do?

This app worked perfectly for more than a year, when suddenly within the past day or two it was updated (the buttons moved around) and now the first letter of each line of text on my template is cut off.

Constantly not working, just an empty screen when you click print order

Orders are getting lost when printing and an error code prevents my shipping department from printing, driving them nuts. Seems like I'm not the only one... How is this not a native feature anyways?

Sometimes work sometimes not, unreliable app. Printing orders/invoices is essential task but for shopify it seems not!!

False advertising. Has absolutely nothing to do with shipping labels. It only prints Invoices and Packing Slips, but it doesn't even do those right either, as they're missing tons of relevant info.

I have contacted this app because I was wrongly charged for two months. No response.
It was suppose to be after 50 invoices, I have less than 30 lifetime invoices.
