Currently not working??? We can print a normal receipt but not our custom one

Was working great until now, won't load. Need to print orders to ship!!

Not working, will not load. Scrabbling to figure out another solution to our order slip printing.

Simple to install and use, works like a charm!

Simple install, easy editing, will update again with more information when we've worked with the app for a few weeks.

App is selective about what it prints. We select say 30 orders, but the app only prints 15. We then have to waste time working out what has and hasn't been printed. We also risk missing orders which is very costly for us.
