Doesn't correctly reflect order changes. Which apparently is normal per my conversation with Shopify support

Do not use with Apple Safari! Does not work at all just goes crazy and gives a server error. Should state that it is only for -PC dwellers

have been using this since we setup our shopify store. however now it says that i haven not selected any template even though i have. is there something that i have missed?
