We have been using this app for years and love it. We use our custom made invoice template and it works perfectly. There were some glitches a little bit ago, but everything has been running smoothly. I would give this app 5 stars if it had a wysiwyg editor so I wouldn't have to code the template.

App has worked great for a year, now all of a sudden it just doesn't open at all. Cant print any of my orders. ??? Help? Cant even open the app to get to the help line or page

Just installed this and amazed at the simplicity of the app, it just works! I was hesitant after reading one of the reviews saying something about it being clunky etc... but installed anyway and found that the invoice template is completely customisable using very simple html. I was able to add our company logo, a section for ours and our customers VAT number. I am rubbish at these sort of things and had a great looking invoice in 5 minutes.. very happy. :-) Thanks!!

Just remarkable that a company as big as Shopify cannot integrate customizable packing slips inside the native platform. This app only uses html and liquid, which most Shopify users are not familiar with. This should be something available to customize just like any page or setting in Shopify.

Easy to use and not much issues with it, but will probably be useful for bigger companies

Refuses to load on Safari 12 (macOS High Sierra, assume this is also true under Mojave) unless you clear your cache for your store's *.myshopify.com url after each time you use the app. A huge pain as you then have to re-login to your store's admin. Reached out to Shopify a few weeks back about this issue to see when a fix would be available, received an unhelpful reply to use Chrome. Completely breaks our work flow, and still no ETA as to when this is going to work properly. So, a knock against Shopify for their terrible support on this app (which caught me by surprise as I've always had good to great support experiences), and I can't recommend this app to anyone right now. Concerned it'll break under the next Chrome or Firefox updates.

Simple. Easy to use. Gets the job done

This app no longer works for me after the latest Safari update. I thought I would give it a week or so to catch up but it has been several weeks and still does not work. Please fix it!

Was great until now - can’t print with safari - please fix. I have paid for templates so find this unacceptable
