Very good app, I would highly recommend it to all businesses! Businesses end up covering the costs for delivery companies losing shipments all the time and this helps cover the cost for those shipments. You'll be surprised at how many customers add this onto their order!

This is an incredible app. Order Protect is an extremely easy way to boost your AOV and revenue while offering a great value add to your customers. It is insanely easy to set up and their customer service team has always responded in less than an hour. Companies like Route will profit tens of thousands of dollars from your store and offer you next to nothing in return. Order Protect will let you keep 100% of the profits minus an extremely reasonable monthly fee. Love this app and everything they stand for!

Works great! Integrates with my third party slide cart, and works seamlessly. Huge help to offset porch pirates and lost packages.

Such a great app, super easy & fast in install/ get up and running! Also one of the best companies to work with! This app is a MUST-HAVE! It's fantastic! I used to have Route and this one is so much better. Not only do you bypass all the hassle of customers (or yourself) having to contact the company and waiting forever before they get back to them, but you get to handle the return swiftly yourself. This makes your customer service so much better. As far as adding this to my shop, It was an easy application and their customer service helped me when I needed it right away. It integrated seamlessly and looks great on my site. Plus they have different options as well to choose from to match your site. The best part is that you get to keep the funds from the protection to help offset any losses from packages that are stolen or lost and you don't have to wait for USPS or Route to refund you.
