Order Rescue has given us some really interesting insight in to how our customers are engaging with us where discounts are concerned, more importantly which customers are abandoning and why. Not only has this helped shape our code strategy but it’s also helped us convert those at the greatest risk of abandoning.
We tested Order Rescue initially to see what was going on in our checkout. Within days, the dashboard showed exactly how many customers were leaving after typing an invalid code. Once we switched the rescue offers on, it became a reliable incremental revenue driver. The setup was simple, and our Account Manager helped us fine-tune the offer logic to protect margin while improving conversion.
We have had a great experience using the Order Rescue app. It was quick to set up, easy to integrate and has already generated a strong ROI for our store. The developer support has been excellent too. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly, which made the whole process smooth and stress free.
